I have spent several years working with anxiety, depression, psychosis disorder and addiction, especially drug addiction, and OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) by using different styles of therapy as well as acupressure ,acupuncture and hypnotherapy to aide in the recovery process. I am committed to providing counselling with the most up-to-date techniques to build a healing and therapeutic relationship with clients. I will help my client group/clients to cover stress, anxiety, trauma and loss.
Seeking therapy can be an emotional journey, requiring both commitment and emotional investment. I am able to offer an initial free, non-committal, consultation to all my clients. I only wish to work with people that my services will aid. The free consultation ensures that we are both happy to work together.(I will provide a free phone consultation for the first session 20 Minutes only Mondays with reservation) It enables us to use the time to set goals and make the most effective use of our sessions.
