I'm Dr Aziz Yaghoubi Anzabi, a qualified and experienced PHD Family counsellor and therapist. I specialize in helping people with emotional problems caused by various issues such as family problems, job-related issues, anxiety, depression, psychosis disorder, addiction, OCD, and more. I use different styles of therapy CBT,BCT,EMDR,REBT,DBT,EFT etc including Naturopathic Medicine, Acupressure, Acupuncture, Cupping, ,Hypnotherapy, Aromatherapy, Reiki ,Art therapy, Herbal therapy, Chinese Medicine and Neuroplasticity to help my clients recover. I am committed to providing the most up-to-date techniques to build a healing and therapeutic relationship with my clients. My goal is to help my client group/clients recover from stress, anxiety, trauma, and loss by expanding and improving their emotional skills.
My private/group therapy practice is successful and diverse, providing individual therapy for addictions, fears and phobias, emotions, stress, health-related issues, life improvement, and enhancement techniques. Additionally, I conduct presentations and seminars on a wide range of concerns. The first consultation allows us to set goals and make the most effective use of our sessions.
